1. Applicable Cases

• If the return or exchange is due to the customer’s personal reasons (e.g., selecting the wrong size or color/
  accidentally bought too many), a 20% restocking fee will apply.

This fee covers the costs of: Return shipping/Repackaging and handling/Restocking and inventory management

• The product does not need to be returned.
  

2. Required Information

Please provide the following details so we can process your return/exchange:

• Original order number
• Product name or SKU
• Quantity
• Reason for return/exchange
  

3. Return Process

• Customer service will provide an 80% discount code.
• The customer should place a new order using the discount code, with the same quantity and amount as the original order.
• Once the new order is placed, we will refund the full amount of the original order.
  

4. Processing Time

• Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original shipment date.
